She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Odell Cook. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Cook (Stephanie) and Tyler Cook (Kari South); her brother George Whiteaker; her grandchildren, Alexis Cook, Colton Cook, Makayla Cook, Kelson Cook, Austin Pyles, Harley Pyles, Zackery Pyles, Maddison Cook, Kyler Cook and Everly Cook; and her close friends, Joe Haire, Betty Price, Kim Lowe and Evelyn Giles.
