It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ruth Swafford of Jamestown, Tennessee, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Junior Swafford; her parents, Leonard Pennycuff and Esther Pennycuff (Creselious); and her sister Joann Smith. She is survived by: her son Dickie Wayne Swafford; and her brother Ronnie Pennycuff.
