He was predeceased by: his wife Dee Winningham (Threet); his parents, Daniel Webster Winningham and Stella Winningham (Owens); and his siblings, Celia Winningham, Clata Lorine Finn, Rodney Winningham and Helen Delores York.
He is survived by: his sons, Rick Winningham and Timothy Winningham (Lisa); his grandsons, Erik Winningham and Ryan Winningham; and his brother Eugene Winningham A. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
