He was predeceased by: his brothers, Cecil Willis, III and Jonathan Willis; and his grandparents, Jack and Lillian Adkins. He is survived by: his mother Deborah Laraway (Adkins); his stepfather Terry Laraway; his sisters, Deborah Viola and Pamela Smith (Matthew); and his aunt Joyce Wengerd (Major). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends.
