He was predeceased by: his mother Penny June Beaty (Almond); and his grandparents, Holland, Irene Beaty, Richard and Adaline Almond.

He is survived by: his father Ron Beaty; his stepmother Linda; his sister Jennifer Beaty; his stepbrother Jamie Cooper; his nephew Jacob Beaty (Savannah); his niece Alexis LaPeer (Sean); his great-nieces, Lainey, Havanna and Sophia; and his uncles, Danny and Sam Beaty (Kirk Wright). He is also survived by cousins, other family and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes, Inc. (414 N Main St, Jamestown, TN 38556). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
