She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Mae and Flora Mae; her husband Dr. Walter Rice; and her brother Floyd Kopf. She is survived by: her children, Walter Rice, Jr. (Jeanna) and Carla Newby (Mark); her brother Richard Kopf; her grandchildren, Caleb Rice, Zach Rice, Jake Rice, Jordan Newby, Kelsey McMillin and Alex Keck; her great grandchildren, Ruthie Keck, Gracie Keck and Riley Keck; and her nieces, Allison Chatham King and Angela Langley.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crockett Church of Christ (7485 MS-4, Senatobia, MS 38668).
