He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Nancy K. Connor; his parents, Martha Sue Clifford Connor and Robert Thomas Connor; his children, Randy Connor, Emily and Tracy; his grandchildren, Thomas, Ely, LacyAnn and Ranger; his brother Jerry King; his siblings-in-law, Lisa King, Jeff Reinmann and Beverly King; his niece Morgan Mobley; and his nephew Tyler Dunivan.
