He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Sherrod Bland (W. S.) and Elvie Alford Bland; his former wife Shirley Morris Bland; his siblings, Albert Bland, Clyde Bland, Bobby Bland, Katie Allbritton and Becky Jean Laroque; and his nephews, Chuck Bland, Edward Bland and Kevin Lapka.
He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Bland, Randy Bland (Teresa) and Donnie Bland (Tennille); his brothers, William Bland (Connie), Carman Bland (Susan) and Jerry Kenny Bland (Beth); his grandchildren, Colton, Nathan, Lexi, Ally, Drew, Tyler, Torrie and Kaitlyn; and his brother-in-law Bill Laroque. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
