He is survived by: his wife Digi Dickirson Miller; his children, Drew Miller (Carolina Dias), Tara Miller Owens (Michael), Joseph Miller (Annie) and Derek Miller (Laura); his grandchildren, Colin Miller, Oliver Miller, Jonesy Owens, Mae Miller and Lucy Miller; and his sister Carole Ann Sanders (Kent).
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery.
Memorials or donations may be made to Tennessee State Veterans' Homes (specify TSVH Humboldt location) or the Appalachian Trail Conservancy to protect the trail and assist with Hurricane Helene recovery projects.
