Cogdell, III, Richard Cogdell, Jean Anne Cogdell and Eric Cogdell; his brothers, Mike Bledsoe (Sandra) and John Paul Bledsoe; his grandchildren, Kelly Cogdell Gentry (Lee) and Maya Novak-Cogdell; and his great grandchildren, Layne, Jailyn and Benjamin Gentry.

“I am old and hearing impaired so don't attend many things but I off my condolence to Rosemary and all the family. My fondest memory of Sam will be those Disaster Team trips where we ran chain saws, pulled brush, ate together from the mass feeding unit, showered in the Baptist trailer, slept on the floor in churches and listened to many snoring guys. What a blessing.”
