He was predeceased by: his son Craig Allen Williams. He is survived by: his children, Cayce Williams-West (Mike) and Clayton Williams (Brittney); his grandchildren, Maxwell West, Czarley Williams, Rafferty West and Craig Williams; and the mother of his children Vicki Williams.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Liberty Grove Church Cemetery (1071 Harts Bridge Rd, Jackson, TN 38301).
