We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2018, at the age of 61, Phyllis Lackey (Jackson, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Herchel Roberts; and her nephew Donnie Hemby. She is survived by: her parent Peggy Jean Hemby Roberts; her daughter Ashley Clarice Mosier of Henderson; her grandchild Odin Alastor Mosier; and her nephew Ronnie Hemby.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Estes Church of Christ, Benevolence fund.
