He is survived by: his siblings, Patrick Phillips and Karen Korf; his wife Judy Phillips of Jackson, TN; his children, Kimberly Weber (Scott) of Denver, CO, Karla West (Andy) of Gulf Shores, AL and Rob Phillips (Suzanne) of Bastrop, TX; his grandsons, Trey Weber, Jarrett Phillips, Andrew Phillips and Jackson Phillips; his stepchildren, Tina Perkins (Chad) of Jackson, TN and Tom Mott (Katie) of Jackson, TN; his stepgrandchildren, Bailey Carmack, Landon Perkins, Myles Perkins, Braden Mott, Bryce Mott and Jackson Jones; and his sisters, Patricia Fordyce (Bruce) of Peoria, IL and Kathleen Wright (Eric) of Canton, IL. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
