He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Lea Willis Smith of Henderson; his children, Blake Smith (Liane) of Henderson and Kaylea Smith of Jackson; his grandchild Riley Blake Smith; his sister Lisa Smith (Kerry) of Finger; his nephew Kyle (Samantha); his niece Kyleigh; his great-nieces, Madison, Emily and Faith; and his great-nephew Griffin.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis.
