He is survived by: his parent Ruby Jewell Liles Bailey; his spouse Shirley Jane Scott; his children, Sherry Connor (Jimmy) of Jacks Creek, Sharon Bedwell (Mark) of Jackson and Kermit Steven Bailey (Lisa) of Milan, TN; his grandchildren, Kyle Connor (Sara Beth), Brooke Sexton (Chad), Justin Epperson, Katie Thorne (Caleb) and Anthony Bedwell; and his sister Doris Ross of Reagan.
