She is survived by: her daughter Leigh Ann Ford Dunlap (Tommy); her granddaughter Kathryn Dunlap Hooper (Ryan); her great grandchild Jack Thomas Hooper of Milan; her siblings, Janice Bryant Moore of Franklin, TN and John Bryant of Cheyenne, WY; her niece Lisa Moore Campbell of Germantown, TN.; and her caregiver Linda Hart.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Milan Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
