Jerry M. Milam Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry M. Milam of Jackson, Tennessee, who passed away on March 2, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Jerry farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jerry is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis W. Milam, Sr. and Julia Pearl Burton Milam. He is survived by: his children, Don Milam of Decatur County and Melissa Hopper (Steve); and his grandchildren, Hailey David (Matthew), John Thomas Hopper (Christie), Jerri Anne Edwards (Mike), Molly Johnson and Emily Lewis (Rich). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.
