He is survived by: his wife Cathy Burton; his daughters, Monica Waites, Crystal Bullman and Jessica Watkins; his grandchildren, Alyssa Keen, Kirsten West, Caylee Medlin, Grady Watkins, Brennon Watkins, Brayden Watkins and Macie Watkins; his great grandchildren, Adelyn Watkins and Liam West; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Payne, Bethany Massengill, Christy Maness, Kaycee Payne, Matthew Tucker and Steven Maness.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Reed's Chapel (113 S West St, Decaturville, TN 38329). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the Mazies Chapel Cemetery.
