He is survived by: his wife Labina Hawks Maxwell; his daughters, Cate Maxwell (Jay Gregory) and Lucy Essary (Sam); his mother Anne Maxwell; his brothers, Ricky Maxwell and David Maxwell (Jennifer); his nieces and nephews, Brandon Maxwell, Michael Fuller (Brittany), Brittany Maxwell, Benajmin Maxwell (Sydney), Nate Maxwell, Caleb Maxwell, Aaron Farrar (Kelly) and Alicia Farrar; and his aunts and uncles, Danita Willey, Jimmie Lynn Phillips, John Farrar (Alice) and Maxwell.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the East Union Baptist Church (2244 Beech Bluff Rd, Jackson, TN 38301). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
