He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Flatt (Christy), Kimberly Cole (Roy) of Henderson and Bridget Gately (Seth) of Henderson; his siblings, James Flatt (Debbie) of Jackson, Roy Flatt (Diane) of Bethel Springs, Lee Flatt of Bethel Springs, Johnnie Flatt (Cheryl) of Henderson, Lillian Hatch of Bethel Springs, Dee Vandiver (Larry) of Bolivar and Sue Rowland of Bethel Springs; his grandchildren, Brittany Gately, Bailey Gately, Alyssa Compton, Rilee Gately, Cameron Flatt, Kayla Flatt and Camden Haskins; his great grandchild Braxton Flatt; and his girlfriend Lisa Swift of Scotts Hill.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Henderson (304 Crook Ave, Henderson, TN 38340). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
