He is survived by: his wife Delores Tate Burse of Jackson, Tennessee; his children, Ricky Burse (Kim) of Hickory, Randy Burse of Nashville, Tennessee and Pam Burse (Joe) of Jackson, Tennessee; his sisters, Jenell Hathcock of Bradford and Barbara Chism of Ridgely; his grandchildren, Jessica Todd, Bryan Melton, Jordan Burse and Madison Maxwell; and his great grandchildren, Emma Melton, John Todd, Carson Melton, Luke Todd and Noa Melton.
