He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Bryant and Ordean Bryant; and his siblings, Vernon, Jr., Roline Kramer, Evelyn Carter and Eloise Bartz.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bryant; his daughter Billie Michelle Hillier (Carl); his brother Bobby Bryant; and his grandchildren, Jessica MacDonald, Kristen Hillier and Donovan Hillier. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Arrington Funeral Directors and Crematory (148 W University Pkwy, Jackson, TN 38305).
His contributions to the world of country music and the memories he created will resonate for many years to come.
