It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Archpriest John Maxwell (Jackson, Tennessee), who passed away on February 4, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vester Maxwell and Stella Zinaich Maxwell; his sister Gayle Maxwell; his siblings-in-law, Mary Maxwell and Don Marlow; and his son-in-law James Fox.
He is survived by: his wife Matushka Debra Maxwell; his children, Jennifer Mary Fox and Peter Maxwell (Andrea); his grandson Elijah Maxwell; his brothers, Johnny (Linda) and Gary Maxwell; his sisters-in-law, Jeannie Lowery (Kirk) and Charlotte Marlow; and his aunt Sally Zinaich Visnick.
