He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Crutchfield Douglas; his great grandchild Baby Jackson; his parents, Foster Douglas and Lucy Faulkner Douglas; his grandparents, Rev. Samuel Douglas, Cyntha Holt Douglas, Rev. John Faulkner and Martha Douglas Faulkner; and his brothers, James Edward, Ervin, Winfred and Benny Douglas.

He is survived by: his daughters, Nina Carolina, Nona Jackson (Woody Jackson) and Nina Douglas; his grandchildren, Rev. Philip Jackson (Nicole), Stephen Jackson (Jennifer) and Natalie Jackson Holland (Matthew Holland); his great grandchildren, Sophia, Julia, Joshua Jackson and Kingston Holland; and his brothers, Clifford Douglas, Harvey Lee Douglas (Jan) and Carl Douglas (Bonnie). He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
