He is survived by: his wife Minnie Queener (Packett) of Jacksboro; his sons, Eddie Blackwell (Sandra) of Jacksboro, Joe Blackwell of Jacksboro, Roy Blackwell Jr. (Judy) of Caryville, Marty Blackwell (Tabitha) of Clinton, Clarence Blackwell (Shannon) of Jacksboro, Mike Queener (Sharon) of Rocky Top and Scott Queener (Cheryl) of Clinton; and his siblings, Bill Blackwell (Rosa Lee) of Jacksboro, Robert Blackwell (Florence) of Jacksboro, Joe Blackwell (Edna) of Jacksboro, Ruby Bratcher (Jerry) of Jacksboro and Mary Boshears of Jacksboro. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 17great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and host of other relatives.
