He was predeceased by: his father Wilmer Perkey; his wife Mildred Perkey; his siblings, Thomas Joseph Perkey and Lois Jeffers; and his great grandchild Bailey Rice.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Dasho, Robert Wayne Perkey, Kelly Ragland, Jody Perkey, Josh Ragland and Ryan Ragland; and his sisters, Patsy Perkey, Linda Edmonds, Millie Catania and Pamela Durham. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
