He is survived by: his wife Easter Miller of Jacksboro; his children, Richard Kennedy (Trina) of Jacksboro, Wesley Kennedy of LaFollette, Emily Berkley of Caryville and Velma Baird of Knoxville; his siblings, Charles Miller of LaFollette and Pat Miller of LaFollette; and his close friend Vernon McGhee (Johnny Ward). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
