He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Kenneth and Rosa Bailey Heatherly; and his sister Linda Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Heatherly of Jacksboro; his children, Randy Heatherly (April) of Maryville and Michelle Vestal "Vann" of Knoxville; his grandsons, Justin Clowers "Alicia" and Jacob Clowers (Tracie); his great grandchildren, Layla and Luke Clowers; and his siblings, Michael Heatherly "Becky", Robert Heatherly "Tammy" of Jacksboro, Danny Massengill "Lynn", Brenda Whaley "Johnny" of LaFollette, Barbara Mardis of LaFollette, Jean Long, Marie Kitts and Melinda Nuzum "Mark". He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
