He is survived by: his children, Carl Ferguson (Phylis) of Jacksboro, James Ferguson (Linda) of Jacksboro, Robert Ferguson (Jill) of Jacksboro, Mary Sue Derrick of Knoxville and Betty Stout (Steve) of Jacksboro. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; a host of friends and relatives.
