He is survived by: his son Tyson Kase Phillips; his parents, Donna Gaye Blankenship Watters and Alton Scott (Derita Phillips); his siblings, Cody Gray Austen (Brittney), Nash Lowe (Korey), Devin, Lucas, Andy Phillips, Jen Watters, Doug Watters (Tracy), Ciera Stooksbury (Josh), Lauryn, Kendra, Kailey and Bobbi Phillips; and his grandmothers, Peggy Blankenship and Kay Peavyhouse.
