She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Perkey and Marie Walden Perkey; and her siblings, Lois Jeffers, Robert Perkey and Thomas Perkey.

She is survived by: her sisters, Pamela Durham (Michael), Linda Edmonds (Lonnie) and Millie Cataina (Joseph). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
