It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Onva K. Clotfelter of Jacksboro, Tennessee, who passed away on February 21, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Clotfelter and Della Clotfelter; his former wife Florene Clotfelter; his daughter Joyce Clotfelter; and his siblings, Larry, Verlon, Charles, Geneva, Ernestine and Jackie.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Clotfelter; his sons, Wayne Clotfelter of Caryville and Greg Clotfelter of Arlington, TN.; his grandchildren, Stephen Leach, Haley Clotfelter Hug and Sophia Clotfelter; and his great grandchild Saige Hug.
