He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ward; his parents, Patsy Blair and Robert Ward; his siblings, Ofa Plymouth and Larry Ward; and his grandson Austin Jackie Shawn Kitts (Baby Ford).
He is survived by: his siblings, Roberta Leonard, Cathy Blair, Evia Blair, Joe Ward and Robert Ward; his children, Kasey Griffis (Rusty Lamance), Elizabeth (Ryan Brown), Justin (Joni Lough), Crystal Evans (Jeremiah Wolfe), Kayla (Nathan Ford) and Daryl Evans of Caryville; his grandchildren, Melissa White, Bethany Lough, Alyssa Brown, Kassidy Griffis, Autum Evans, Alexandra Brown, Hunter Evans, Jayden Ward, Emma Jane Brown, Addison Cook, Noah Ford, Isaiah Ford and Kaiden Cook; his great grandchildren, Copelynn Marie Faye Lough, Xaria White and Xavier White; and his aunt Easter Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews that thought of him as a Brother or Papaw.
