It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Smith of Jacksboro, Tennessee, who passed away on August 17, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hill and Florence Carmack Hill; and her siblings, LoVerna Moore, Sally Anderson, Emma Bowman, Carletta White, Mattie Lucas, Audrey Coward, Eitha Wilson, Zella Davis, Jurd Hill and Arthur HillSurvived.

She is survived by: her children, Gail (Kenny Miller), Joyce (Bill Hurd), Carmen (Eddie Pike), Darrell (Brenda Moore) and Shannon (April Smith); her caregivers, Megan Chapman, Marae Nolan, Keeley McInturf, Chaplin Adam, Regina Sue Noe, Kassi Carson and Samantha Owens; and her great grandchild Kendra Miller.
