She was predeceased by: her husband Randall Parker; her sons, Randy Parker and David Parker; her parents, Herbert Williams and Bessie Robbins Williams; and her siblings, Myrtle Williams, Juanita Parnell, Marie Norman, Helen Leach and Jack Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Susie (Kenny Starrett).
