She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wells and Mary Alice Wells (Bourff); her husband Hugh Bart Disney; her daughter Paulette Henson; and her granddaughter Shaunlyn Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, David Disney of Virginia, Carolyn Disney of Jacksboro, Drucilla Bolton (Penny) of Jacksboro and Janet Edwards (Monte) of Clinton; her son-in-law Raymond Henson; and her grandchildren, Bart Wayne Smith (Denise) of LaFollette, Hillard Scott Smith of Jacksboro, Joy Lansdon (Adam) of Clinton, Purnell Disney (Karen), Regina Marie Campbell (Keith) of Jacksboro, Suzanne Nelson (Adam), Rebecca Henson of Knox and Christopher Smith (Elena) of Clinton. She is also survived by several great-great grandchildren; and a host other relative and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Martin Wilson Funeral Home (305 E Beech St, LaFollette, TN 37766). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at the Woodlawn Cemetery N. 27th.
