She is survived by: her sons, Mark Goins (Patty), Scott Goins (Tina), Travis Goins (Jessica) and Todd Goins; her grandchildren, Cole, Jordan, Johnathan, Grace, Courtney, Haley, Nathan, George, Jack, Matthew, Tyler, Justin, Nicholas and Tanner; her great grandchildren, Colton, Myla and Zailynn; and her sister Sue Green (George). She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
