He is survived by: his stepmother Sandra Blackwell of Jacksboro; his siblings, Michael Blackwell of Norris, Maria Roberts (Ben) of Jacksboro and Rachael Teague (Jordan) of LaFollette; his stepsiblings, Christopher Longmars of Caryville, Jeffrey Matlock (Sunshine) of LaFollette and Sarah Matlock; his nieces and nephews, Catelyn Longmars, Beau Blackwell, Jackson Matlock, Novalee Matlock and McKinley Smith; and his stepmother Melinda Tadlock Johnson.
