He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert Sr. and Mary Ella Allen (Harding); and his parents-in-law, Barbara Sue Carroll and Taylor Franklin Ivey. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Allen (Ivey) of Jacksboro; and his son Kenny Allen.
