It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Beal Winters (Jacksboro, Tennessee), who passed away on April 30, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Gloria Udall and Betty McCool; her grandson Edward Bryan Stiltner; and her parents, Hurstle Justice and Maggie Justice.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Winters; her daughter Debra Beal; her grandson Kevin M. Stiltner; and her sisters, Shirley Parrott, Grace Norwood, Rita Sue Michaels and Hope Layne. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
