He is survived by: his wife Patsy Malicote Chapman; his son Randy Chapman (Heather); his grandchildren, McKenna and Reid Chapman; his siblings, Jerry Chapman (Hettie), Larry Chapman (Rachele), Carolyn Shoupes (Donald) and Kathy Chapman; and his niece Mary Bowlin. He is also survived by Several other Nieces, Nephews, beloved Church Family, and other relatives and friends.
