It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Shirley Sexton of Jacksboro, Tennessee, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Parrott and Olivia Parrott; and her siblings, Jewell Hensley, Norris and Roy Gene Parrott.
She is survived by: her husband Edgar; her children, Kimberly and Darrell; her grandchildren, Jessica, Curtis, Mitchell, Alex, Anthony, James and Billy Jr.; her great grandchild Jase; her siblings, Mary Sue Hutson (Floyd) of Kettering, OH, Marcy P. Lay (John) of Jacksboro, TN and John Parrott of Rocky Top, TN; and her sister-in-law Mildred Parrott of Rocky Top, TN.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
