He is survived by: his children, Christopher Leavitt (Paige), James Kevin Leavitt, II and Melanie Phillips; his grandchildren, Kanaan, Havik, Devin, Carson and Tyson; his mother Joie Leavitt; his nieces, Devonna Harbin, Katie Marlow and Savannah Berry; and his aunts, Rita Patterson and Trena Smiddy (Ed). He is also survived by Several Cousins, other relatives and friends.
