He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Rookard and Marian Stewart Rookard; and his siblings, Joe Rookard and Betty Ann Rookard Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Clara Rookard; his daughters, Stephanie Hembree and Pamela Mikami (Jun); his grandchildren, Olivia Thompson (Aaron), Dawson Hembree (Emily) and Reina Mikami; his great grandchildren, Finley Thompson, Harlow Thompson and Riley Hembree; and his siblings, Mary Emily Rolston and Jack Rookard.
