He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Spradlin and Waco Spradlin; and his brothers, Harley, Whitman, George, Jim, Robert, Leslie and Henry.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Spradlin; his son Benjamin Spradlin (Crystal); his grandsons, Ethan and Evan Spradlin; his sister Anna Mae Spradlin; and his sister-in-law Marie Spradlin. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
