She was predeceased by: her mother Dora Elizabeth Walden Russell; her daughter Vickie Joan Phillips Lovell; and her brothers, Tom Russell, Joseph Russell and David Russell.

She is survived by: her son Jerry Lynn Phillips Sr.; her wife Linda; her daughters, Janet Phillips Smith Poole and Joyce Elizabeth Phillips Ellison (Carl Ellison); her grandchildren, Jerry Lynn Phillips Jr., Travis Ellison, Jackie Phillips DeChellis, Lisa Faye Smith, Kennifer Smith, Tamela Joyce Byrge Shears, Lori Lovell Cable and Cari Lovell Foisy; her stepchildren, Mark Williams, Wife Sandra of Chattanooga, H. L, Knoxville, Wanda Reynolds, Clarence, Nashville, Patricia Andel, Richard, Perry Georgia, Nancy Coombes and Kevin; her siblings, Jean Daugherty (Virgil), Bobby Lee Russell (Vickie), Danny Russell (Gail) and Larry Russell (Brenda); her friend Geneva Russell Bolinger; and her sisters-in-law, Teresa Russell, Mary Lou Phillips and Barbara Jenkins (Raymond). She is also survived by 5 nephews & 7 nieces Special thanks to our daughters Lisa Smith, Kennifer Smith, Tamela Shears and our niece RN Cari Foisy for extra special nursing care & grandson.
