It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra K. Collins of Jacksboro, Tennessee, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Chrisman and Rose Bensman Chrisman. She is survived by: her children, Rose Mary Hamblin, Clifton and Billy Hamblin; her stepchildren, Kimberlee Byrge and Ray Byrge; and her siblings, Billy, Bob Chrisman, Kendra Kuhn and Laura Vaughn. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren.
