He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Byrge; his parents, Walter Marlow and Bertha Byrge Marlow (Kennedy); his stepfather Allen Marlow; and his brother Hobart Byrge.
He is survived by: his son Joe Byrge; his stepchildren, Jennifer West (Jeff), Jeff Blades (Tabitha) and April Reed; his grandchildren, Aaron Blades, Kayla Miller, Emily Reed, Michael Partin, Melana Partin, Candace Hutson (Adam) and Mackenzie West; his great grandchild Russell Hutson; and his siblings, Homer Byrge (Joyce) and Mazella Vowell (Edgar). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Walters Funeral Home - LaFollette (509 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
