He is survived by: his wife Fonzie Evans; his children, David Ray Evans Jr. (Seairra Ayers) of Jacksboro, Brandon Davis (Latosha Carroll) of Jacksboro, Christy Rae Eldridge of Oak Ridge and Summer Pierce (Bill) of Florida; his siblings, Wayne Evans (Elizabeth) of Caryville and Dewetta Raye of South Carolina; and his sister-in-law Elena Levitt. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
