He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Virginia Winters. He is survived by: his daughters, Jenny Reed and Tammy Rivera; and his siblings, Janice Hughes, Carol Balcom, Lori Joyce, Shirley Davidson, Donna Rodriguez, Sandy Benton and Dewayne Winters. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
